By accessing this website, submitting information, scheduling an appointment, purchasing services, or participating in activities at The Reset Studio, you agree to these Terms and any applicable policies disclosed at the time of booking or purchase.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or our services.

2. Our Services & Independent Healthcare Providers

The Reset Studio provides wellness and recovery experiences intended to support relaxation, restoration, recovery, and general well-being.

Services may include infrared sauna, cold plunge, contrast therapy, red light therapy, compression therapy, vibroacoustic experiences, guided stretching, breathwork, and other wellness and recovery offerings.

Services and equipment are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

Independent Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic and related clinical services offered at the same location are provided by Dr. Candy, LLC, an independent professional healthcare practice.

Dr. Candy, LLC is responsible for its own clinical services, professional decisions, patient relationships, informed consent procedures, medical records, and applicable healthcare privacy obligations.

The Reset Studio’s general wellness services are distinct from clinical healthcare services provided by Dr. Candy, LLC.

Clinical services may be subject to separate patient agreements, consent forms, financial policies, and Notices of Privacy Practices.

Nothing on this website creates a healthcare provider-patient relationship with The Reset Studio, LLC.

3. Website Information Is Not Medical Advice

5. Eligibility & Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to participate responsibly and follow all posted instructions, safety requirements, and guidance provided by studio personnel.

By booking or using our services, you agree to:

Comply with applicable age requirements and obtain parental or guardian consent when required.
Follow instructions for proper and safe equipment use.
Inform appropriate personnel of concerns that may affect your ability to participate safely.
Respect other guests, employees, facilities, and equipment.
Refrain from participating while impaired by alcohol or other substances that could affect judgment or safety.
Discontinue any activity that causes significant discomfort, dizziness, unusual symptoms, or distress, and notify staff when assistance is needed.

The Reset Studio reserves the right to decline, discontinue, or modify participation when reasonably necessary to protect guest safety or maintain appropriate operations, subject to applicable law.

6. Inherent Risks & Safety Considerations

Certain wellness and recovery experiences involve inherent risks associated with exposure to heat, cold, pressure, physical movement, light-based equipment, or other therapeutic environments.

Possible reactions may include dizziness, lightheadedness, fatigue, discomfort, skin irritation, changes in body temperature, or other physical responses.

Individual health conditions may increase these risks.

Clients acknowledge the importance of following screening procedures, contraindication guidance, equipment instructions, and staff directions.

Participation may require completing additional health screening or informed consent documentation.

The Reset Studio does not guarantee that every service is appropriate for every individual.

Nothing in these Terms waives legal rights or limits liability where doing so is prohibited by law.

7. Appointments & Online Booking

Appointments may be requested or scheduled through our website, authorized booking platforms, or direct communication with The Reset Studio.

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment.

Appointments are confirmed only when confirmation is issued through an authorized booking or communication system.

Clients are responsible for reviewing appointment dates, times, service selections, and any preparation instructions.

The Reset Studio may modify, reschedule, or cancel appointments when necessary because of equipment availability, staffing limitations, operational interruptions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

When The Reset Studio cancels a prepaid appointment, clients will be offered appropriate rescheduling, credit, or refund options in accordance with applicable law.

8. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

Because appointments are reserved in dedicated spaces with limited availability, The Reset Studio maintains a cancellation and no-show policy.

Standard Appointments

24 hours or more before the appointment — Cancellation or rescheduling without penalty.
12–24 hours before the appointment — A late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.
Less than 12 hours before the appointment — A late cancellation fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service price.
No-shows — Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

Membership & Prepaid Service Credits

Appointments booked using membership or prepaid service credits are subject to the following:

With at least 24 hours’ notice, the service credit will be returned to the client’s account.
With 12–24 hours’ notice, the service credit will be returned, and a late cancellation fee of 50% of the regular service price will apply.
With less than 12 hours’ notice, or in the case of a no-show, the service credit will be forfeited and considered used, with no additional cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals

Clients who arrive late may receive a shortened session to avoid disrupting subsequent appointments. The full scheduled service price or service credit will still apply.

Exceptions may be granted at The Reset Studio’s discretion in appropriate circumstances.

9. Memberships, Packages & Service Credits

The Reset Studio offers membership options, service packages, and other prepaid wellness offerings.

Membership benefits, prices, commitments, and restrictions are disclosed at enrollment and may vary by membership type.

The RESET 4, RESET 8, and RESET 16 membership plans currently require a six-month commitment.

The Complete Reset membership requires a three-month minimum commitment and includes certain separately provided clinical services, subject to individual clinical needs and the applicable terms of Dr. Candy, LLC.

Unused monthly service credits may roll over for up to 30 days in accordance with the applicable membership terms.

Credits are subject to service eligibility and redemption requirements. Certain experiences may require multiple credits.

Membership benefits do not guarantee availability of a particular appointment time or service.

Membership Billing & Renewal

Memberships may involve recurring payments or prepaid commitments.

Applicable prices, billing frequency, renewal terms, minimum commitments, and cancellation procedures must be disclosed at enrollment.

Where automatic renewal applies, clients authorize recurring charges according to the terms accepted at purchase until the membership is canceled or otherwise ends.

Requests to cancel a membership are subject to the applicable minimum commitment, cancellation procedures, and consumer protection laws.

Additional membership-specific agreements may apply and will control where they provide more specific terms consistent with applicable law.

10. Payments, Fees & Refunds

Payment may be required at the time of booking, enrollment, or service purchase.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable charges and taxes will be disclosed before a transaction is completed.

Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment service providers.

Clients agree to provide accurate and authorized payment information.

Refunds, credits, or other adjustments will be handled in accordance with the applicable purchase terms, cancellation policy, and governing law.

Payments for services already provided or credits already used may be nonrefundable to the extent permitted by law and disclosed at purchase.

The Reset Studio reserves the right to correct genuine pricing or transaction errors while respecting applicable consumer protection requirements.

11. Gift Cards & Promotional Offers

The Reset Studio may offer gift cards, promotional discounts, introductory packages, and limited-time offers.

Gift cards and promotional purchases are subject to the conditions disclosed at purchase or issuance, including applicable redemption restrictions.

Gift card expiration and fee policies will comply with applicable federal and Alabama law.

Promotional offers may be limited by availability, eligibility, or stated promotional periods.

Promotional offers generally cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.

We reserve the right to correct errors or discontinue promotions, subject to previously accepted purchases and applicable law.

12. Electronic Communications

By providing your email address, telephone number, or other contact information, you authorize The Reset Studio to communicate with you through appropriate channels concerning your inquiries, appointments, purchases, memberships, and service-related matters, subject to applicable law and your communication preferences.

Electronic communications may include appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, account notifications, payment-related information, and customer support communications.

Email and text messaging carry inherent privacy and security risks. Although we use reasonable safeguards, standard electronic communications may not be encrypted or completely secure.

Please avoid submitting sensitive personal health information through general email, website contact forms, or text messages unless specifically directed to use an approved secure communication method.

13. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

When you voluntarily provide your mobile telephone number and consent to receive text messages from The Reset Studio, you agree to receive messages in accordance with the scope of that consent.
